After nine years of teaching third grade, Cole Wilkes, an award-winning teacher and creator of the YouTube channel ‘Behind the Bow Tie,’ is transitioning to teach art at Mueller Park Jr. High. Cole’s teaching motto, “Everyone’s invited and everybody’s welcome,” reflects his inclusive and welcoming philosophy. On the other hand, Chad Warnick is a high school agriculture teacher and FFA advisor at Delta Technical Center, with 18 years of experience. Named the 2023 Utah Teacher of the Year, Chad is passionate about making learning relevant, building student confidence, and preparing them for future careers.
